Unique Syrups Mixology Tour

Unique Syrups landed in NYC for their Mixology Tour. Held at Y-Clad’s Hidden Gem, it was a very intimate, private, relaxing environment with beautiful people (view host and special guests below) indulging in the custom-handmade cocktails made from the no other Chef Adrain.  His “Fall Sunshine” menu consisted of the following:

Premis Legend Cognac,  smoked moroccan syrup,  Tito Handmade Vodka, muddled orange, ango bitters.

Now this drink is  for the Old fashion man or for male drinkers who like their cocktail strong. One of the male attendees, says “this cognac does  not have much bite like other cognacs.”


Unique smoked moroccan syrup and lemon ginger syrup, Tito Handmade Vodka, with  fresh lemon, orange and cucumber juices. This drink is more to the sweet and relaxing side. Ladies this is for you!


Garnish of your choice: strawberry, lime, blueberry with citrus zest, blackberry-lemon

To hit the spot to our the hungry bellies from all the drinking of cocktails, Patrice Lorie and her team from Crystal’s Bakery  mouth-watering  salmon cakes, light and  flaky spinach  cakes, chicken mexi pastry cakes with salsa and sour cream.  And OH, for dessert – hmmmm my gosh –  if you are a brownie, chocolate or sweet lover,  Patrice’s blondie  brownie are to die for including the  strawberry tarts and blackberry-strawberry tarts.
