Insoltric Entertainment LLC (“Insoltric Ent”) owns and operates insoltric.com, fionarenaiss.com. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” shall be construed to mean Insoltric Ent.
Insoltric Ent will be acting as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. This includes your personal contact information and the contact information of your affiliated organization.
Why and How we collect your information
We collect your personal data when you voluntarily provide it to our opt-in pages to receive a free or paid resource, product, service, or send contact information to our Contact Us pages. We track your future interactions with our content and use your personal data to keep you informed via email newsletters about the products and services you have given us permission to receive, as well as any similar products or services we think may interest you. How your information is stored and shared

We use third party email service providers, like MailerLite, Convertkit, etc, as a data processor, which stores information such as names and email addresses for our email list.
How long we keep your data
We will not keep your personal data for longer than required. We will keep your personal information as necessary required by law, until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it, or until you request us to be removed from our database. When we delete your personal data from our databases, it will remain in our backup system until it cycles out.
You have the right to update, edit, or delete your information from our database. You may “unsubscribe” from our email list at any time, by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails. If you provide a notice to us regarding your exercise any of the above rights, we will forward your notice to other authorized parties which are holding and processing your personal data, where appropriate.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you may complain to the data protection officer in the country in which you reside.
